3.1 Order Acceptance

3.2 Minimum Order Quantities

Standard minimum order quantity is 20 tons (one container load). Special arrangements may be made for smaller quantities at our discretion and may incur additional costs.

3.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are specified in individual contracts and typically require advance payment or letter of credit arrangements.

4. Quality Standards and Warranties

4.1 Product Quality

Moisture content ≤ 8%

Fixed carbon content ≥ 75%

Ash content ≤ 5%

Volatile matter ≤ 15%

4.2 Quality Certificates

Each shipment includes laboratory certificates from accredited testing facilities. We stand behind our quality guarantees and will address any verified quality issues promptly.

4.3 Limitation of Warranty

Our warranties are limited to product replacement or refund of purchase price. We are not liable for consequential damages, business interruption, or lost profits.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Terms

We offer FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and CNF (Cost and Freight) terms. Specific shipping terms are defined in individual contracts.

5.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are 15-25 days from confirmed order and payment receipt. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed shipping terms (Incoterms 2020). Marine insurance is recommended and can be arranged through us or your preferred provider.
